las plantas y de los susurros del bosque. Algo que me llama desde la profundidad de la Tierra y las entra\u00f1as de los \u00dateros. La danza es lo que m\u00e1s de acerca a todo eso. Es como respirar con todo el cuerpo a la vez. Sent\u00ed este llamado desde peque\u00f1a. Entonces no terminaba de entender la direcci\u00f3n que deb\u00eda tomar en un mundo que ve\u00eda muy limitado y materialista.     <\/p><p>Since I was little, I couldn\u2019t stop thinking about dancing. I tried other disciplines, and although I loved them\u2014flamenco, for example\u2014I felt there was a response more aligned with my inner feelings and with the questions I kept asking myself over and over. Everything changed when I started taking Oriental Dance classes: that was when my path of remembering began. Beginning this dance was like lighting a tiny spark, not knowing that I was igniting a fire that would shape my life forever. I was 14 years old, and that moment became a turning point.    <\/p><p>Over time, my body called for a language more connected to the Goddess and the Earth, and that\u2019s when I discovered what is known as Tribal Fusion Belly Dance\u2014a memory that awakened within me as I danced it. It felt like remembering something that had already lived in me through other lives. Tribal hip dance is an ancient language that reminds us of the wisdom of the body.  <\/p><p>Later, other dances began to intertwine along my path: Ori Tahiti, Bollywood, Indoriental\u00ae Dance, Gypsy Dances, ATS\u00ae, Fire Dance\u2026 I also trained in yoga and hypopressive techniques. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9139f e-con-full e-flex data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>At the same time, I studied Psychology at the University of Barcelona. This knowledge gave me the keys to understand the learning process and to guide from a place of support. The pedagogy I use is loving and patient.  <\/p><p>I clearly remember those classes from when I was little, where dance was taught from the wound: judgment, shame, fear. I went through classes where mistakes were ridiculed, and the feeling of not being enough was planted.  <\/p><p>From those experiences, one of my most sacred purposes was born: to teach from love and patience, creating spaces where every person feels worthy of dancing, regardless of their story, wounds, or fears. Returning to the body is vital for everyone, but especially for women. Feeling the percussion live gives you goosebumps. I have trained in Innerdance and LNT (La Nueva Terapia), tools that have taught me to feel the subtle vibration of everything around us and, paradoxically, have shown me how the body can heal extraordinarily through dance and movement. <\/p><p>When I began this process of learning and remembering that we are energy and vibration, an injury forced me to pause: it took me away from the path of competition\u2014both external and with myself. I realized the self-demand that had once been tied to my dancing. I surrendered. I focused on seeking my authenticity instead of perfection.   <\/p><p>This was a painful process of letting go, but I understood that Tribal Fusion Belly Dance was my true language. I had found my authenticity as a dancer. I focused personally on its study and practice, and although I experienced the grief of stepping back as a soloist in Tahitian dance\u2014a dance that has given me so much\u2014it was the right path.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b525946 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"b525946\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a2c9ef2 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a2c9ef2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3284ba7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3284ba7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The body as a temple<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d93f489 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d93f489\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Shortly after, I went through an even more challenging physical process\u2014in truth, a nightmare, to be honest. A gastrointestinal and liver condition forced me for over a year to eat using only five ingredients. Every meal was a mix of torture and a lesson in humility. My body was teaching me its limits: What can I tolerate? What poisons me? What accumulates in my liver?<br><\/p><p>My nervous system became disconnected from pleasure: from eating, from feeling, from living. It was a deep and transformative journey. I am still walking it, but today I am grateful for it with every cell, for the wisdom it has revealed to me. It was, without a doubt, necessary to know myself more deeply.<br>   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c33e927 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"c33e927\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e781206 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"e781206\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afb56f0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"afb56f0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Innerdance: a turning point<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5ff7d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5ff7d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Innerdance was a before and after in my life. If I had to recommend a single energetic tool, without a doubt, it would be this one. Innerdance is for everyone\u2026 and at the same time, it\u2019s not.  <\/p><p>It is a portal that is not crossed with the mind or pretense, but with surrender and letting go. Those who are not willing to release control may not be able to walk it yet, or may remain in superficial layers. Innerdance opened a portal for an introspective journey, a path home, straight to the root, to authenticity\u2014so powerful that it changed my life forever.  <\/p><p>Every soul has its own process and path, and each person has\u2014or does not have\u2014the will to embrace surrender and walk that path\u2014or not. That is why my recommendation may not work for you; it is not an absolute truth. Innerdance confronts you, supports you, and expands you. <\/p><p>Innerdance connected me even more deeply with my life purpose: dance and how to heal through movement\u2014whether it is dance or not\u2014when I realized that during energetic activation processes my body made waves to reorganize the energetic system: spinal undulations, hip eights, circles of the chest, hips, and head, mudras, spinal extensions; even shimmies and chest hits\u2026 and no, I wasn\u2019t the only one experiencing this because I knew how to dance\u2014it\u2019s a hidden language of the body\u2014but real!\u2014that we all can access.<br><\/p><p>This made me integrate into my wisdom, or rather, remember, that the body is not just an instrument, but a temple.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f70a5a elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"5f70a5a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65a70ba e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"65a70ba\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6c30e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b6c30e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Ritual Dance: Alchemy of the Goddess\u00ae is born<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc79081 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc79081\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>From that integration, my method was born: Ritual Dance, Alchemy of the Goddess<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00ae<\/span>. A synthesis of everything experienced and remembered, where the body becomes medicine, an altar, a channel. <\/p><p>Through this method, I guide women in processes of deep reconnection with their inner wisdom, their cycles, their lineage, their shadow, and their light. Here, dance becomes a ritual, a way to transmute, release, and embody the sacred power of the feminine.
