Frequently asked questions
Do the courses have a start date or are they self-paced?
Most courses are available to take at your own pace, from anywhere in the world. Once you enrol, you have immediate access.
What does an online course include?
Each course includes recorded videos, downloadable material, private access, and sometimes live meetings. Details are provided in each course description.
Do I need any prior knowledge to get started?
It depends on the course. Many are designed to start from scratch, while others require prior knowledge. This is clearly indicated in each description.
How do I access the content after purchasing?
You will receive an email with your access to the online classroom and all unlocked content. You will be able to view it from any device.
Can I ask for advice if I have questions during the course?
Yes, in each course you will find a contact form so that you can ask questions or share your progress.
Is there a registration fee?
Registration is free during September and January.
For the rest of the year, the new enrolment fee is €20, and includes one free additional class as a welcome gift.
If you are a student and you withdraw without requesting to keep your place, you will have to pay the registration fee if you wish to return to classes at a later date.
If I don't come at all during the month, do I still have to pay for the classes?
Yes. Classes are still taking place and your place is reserved for you; it cannot be taken by anyone else.
Our course lasts 9 months, so continuity and commitment are required.
If you need flexibility, you can opt for online classes, which do not require continuity, or individual classes.
What happens if I miss a class? Can I make it up?
Yes, you can make up classes at any time during the course and in any subject, provided that you are an active student.
Important: classes cannot be substituted or accumulated in order to avoid paying for the last months of the course.
If I cancel my subscription and want to return during the course, can I?
Yes, but if you do not take advantage of the place maintenance fee, you will have to pay a €20 re-enrolment fee.
This is not a penalty, but a way of maintaining equal treatment with other women who attend regularly.
If it is the 11th of the month and I want to cancel my subscription, can I?
No. To cancel your registration, you must notify us by the 22nd of the previous month. Never during the current month.
Is the parking space maintenance fee useful if I don't know whether I will be able to come every month?
Yes, it is intended for those who expect to be absent for more than a month.
- You keep your place reserved.
- You will not have to pay tuition fees upon your return.
Why don't you apply the maintenance fee if I'm only a month late?
Occasionally missing a month is common due to work, holidays or illness.
The maintenance fee is activated from the second month of absence, when it is understood that the person will not be able to attend for a long period of time. This fee offers continuity in the course at a lower cost and protects the commitment to the teacher and classmates who continue to pay their fees.
Options if I have complex availability:

If I have financial problems, can I request to delay payment?
Yes, you can speak directly with the teacher to arrange payment facilities.
Can I pay after the established due date?
- The fee must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month if paying digitally, or by the second week of class if paying in cash.
- If you pay in cash after the second week, there is a 5% surcharge on your fee.
- If you pay digitally after the 5th, there is also a 5% surcharge on your instalment.
If only I attend the class and all the other students are absent:
The teacher may decide not to give a private lesson to a single student. In this case, it will be agreed to reschedule the lesson at another time or to refund the amount paid.
Are public holidays recovered?
No. They are not recoverable. We partially adhere to the school calendar, so neither national nor local holidays are recoverable.
We would like to remind you that our school does not hold classes on public holidays and, in accordance with our policy, no make-up classes or refunds are given for these dates. This decision is based on pedagogical, organisational and legal reasons:
1. Staff’s right to rest: Our instructors are workers, and according to the Workers’ Statute (Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October, Article 37.2), public holidays are paid and non-recoverable, guaranteeing that they have the right to rest without affecting their salary. This ensures that they can offer quality classes throughout the rest of the year.
2. Work calendar: The annual work calendar establishes the public holidays in each autonomous community and municipality, considering them non-working days for most workers. In accordance with these regulations, our school observes these holidays.
3. Transparency and planning: The fees paid cover the entire year of classes, not each individual session. This organisation allows us to maintain a stable calendar, guarantee the quality of teaching, and cover the school’s fixed costs.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our school. Respecting public holidays allows our entire team to work with energy and dedication in regular classes, offering the best learning experience for everyone.
Do I need previous experience to join the classes?
No, you can start from scratch. The classes are designed for all levels, with a compassionate teaching approach where each body finds its own rhythm.
What do I need to bring to class?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, a small bottle of water, and a strong desire to inhabit your body with presence. If you come to a fire class, you will be advised on the appropriate clothing to wear.
Can I try a class before signing up for the month?
Yes, we offer trial classes for €10. It’s an ideal way to see if the energy of the tribe resonates with you.
Where are the classes held?¿Dónde están ubicadas las clases?
Face-to-face classes are held at the Centre Dharma Reus, a warm and well-kept space that honours the body, dance and spirit.
Can I sign up for more than one activity?
Of course! You can combine several disciplines with adapted rates. Check out the plans based on the number of weekly classes.
