Dance with me
Access a space for learning and connecting with yourself. You can dance with me in Reus, at my school, where we share a close-knit and energetic environment, or join the Online Temple and learn my method wherever you are.
In my classes, I integrate technique and body awareness. You will discover special sequences and specific exercises that will help you improve your coordination and fluidity and develop your physical strength.
I invite you to move with presence and cultivate your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, while developing a solid technical foundation that will allow you to enjoy dance with more freedom and confidence. Choose how and where you want to live this experience… the important thing is that you allow yourself to dance with yourself. Let’s do this together!
